Projects are strongly encouraged to present a poster. This includes both newly funded projects and those that have been funded for 1+ years.

Yes, Wi-fi will be provided in the conference areas.

Free Wi-fi will also be available in the hotel lodging rooms for all those who register through the conference lodging reservation website

The PI’s of all newly-funded SEPA projects are very strongly encouraged to meet with Dr. Tony Beck, the SEPA Program Officer, over breakfast on Thursday, June 1. The meeting will begin at 7:20am.

All PI’s who were awarded a new grant in the past year are strongly encouraged to attend; other PIs are welcome to attend.

The room for this meeting will be listed in the conference program.
